No person shall operate or maintain a junk yard or act as a junk dealer in the City, whether personally, by agents or employees, singly, or along with some other business or enterprise without having first obtained a license therefore from the Housing and Zoning Office of the City of Conneaut, Ohio, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. A junk dealer who operates more than one junk yard with the City shall be required to have in effect a separate license for each yard.
