553.04 SPEED REGULATION WITHIN CITY LIMITS.
   (a)   No railroad company or any engineer, conductor, fireman or other employee of any railroad company shall operate or cause to be operated, any locomotive or train of cars at a greater rate of speed than thirty-five miles per hour through or within the City limits.
   (b)   In the event that any railroad company, engineer, conductor, fireman or other employee of the railroad company violates any provision of subsection (a) hereof, the City Director of Law is authorized to proceed by civil action to recover against such violator as provided in Ohio R.C. 723.48.
