375.04 ACCESS ROADS TO TRAILS.
   (a)   No person shall operate a snowmobile, off-highway motorcycle or other all purpose vehicle anywhere within the boundaries of a public street, highway or alley, including the berm or shoulder adjacent to the improved portion thereof, or on any sidewalk, unless plowing snow or performing maintenance, within the City except, on the following roads and at a speed not in excess of fifteen miles per hour for the purposes of traveling to or from prescribed snowmobile or other all-purpose vehicle trails:
      (1)    Creek Road from Keefus Road to Conneaut Creek;
      (2)    Keefus Road;
            (3)    Underridge Road from South Ridge Road to Keefus Road;
            (4)    South Parrish Road at the overpass to Interstate 90;
            (5)    Dorman Road;
            (6)    Old Main Road;
            (7)    Clinton Avenue from Parker Street to Whitney Road;
            (8)    Woodworth Road;
            (9)    Middle Road from Interstate 90 south 700 yards;
            (10)    Hawthorne Drive from Cedar Road to Oakland Boulevard;
            (11)    Oakland Boulevard north of Hawthorne Drive;
            (12)    Underridge Road from Kingsville to Center Road and from Dorman Road east to the Pennsylvania boundary;
            (13)    Creek Road, east of South Amboy Road to Conneaut Creek;
            (14)    South Parrish Road, from Daniels Avenue to the City Limits;
            (15)    Creek Road, from South Amboy Road to Farnham Park;
            (16)    Clinton Avenue, from Parker Street to Lake Erie Street.
   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree on a first offense; on a second or any subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
