No person, corporation or association owning, leasing, occupying or having charge of any real estate within the township shall keep or maintain junk or abandoned motor vehicles, garbage, refuse or trash in excess of ten days after written notice/posting issued by the Township Supervisors who may for purposes of this chapter act by or through the Township Police Department giving notice to the owner or occupant of the premises.
