In the event of violation of the provisions of this chapter, a summary citation may be issued by the Township Police Department and upon conviction, any person shall be sentenced to a fine of not less than $600, together with costs of prosecution and remedy, and in default of payment of such fine and costs of prosecution and remedy, to undergo imprisonment of not more than ten days; provided further that upon each days continuation of violation shall constitute a separate violation of the provisions of this chapter.
