The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) flood insurance study (FIS) entitled Jackson County, Michigan (all jurisdictions) and dated May 3, 2010 and the flood insurance rate map(s) (FIRMS) panel number(s) of 26075C; 0265D; 0266D; 0267D; and 0275D and dated May 3, 2010 are adopted by reference for the purposes of administration of the State Construction Code, being M.C.L.A. §§ 125.1501 et seq., and declared to be a part of § 1612.3 of the State Building Code, and to provide the content of the “Flood Hazards” section of Table R301.2(l) of the State Residential Code.
