§ 31.21  PURPOSE.
   Pursuant to authority granted by state law, including, but not limited to, Public Act 102 of 1990 (M.C.L. A. § 41.806 (a)), this subchapter is adopted for the purpose of providing reimbursement to the township and other emergency service providers who respond to a vehicle accident or vehicle fire within the township.
