§ 236.05 POSITION OF CAPTAIN ESTABLISHED.
   (a)   The position of Captain is hereby established in the Village of Commercial Point Police Department.
   (b)   The position of Captain shall be part-time and compensated at no more than 20 hours per week.
   (c)   The Mayor of the Village of Commercial Point is hereby authorized to appoint an individual to the position of part-time Captain subject to R.C. §§ 737.16 and 737.17.
