ADOPTING ORDINANCE

ORDINANCE 2008-14

AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE VILLAGE OF COMMERCIAL POINT, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

   WHEREAS, the ordinances and resolutions of the Village have been codified; and

   WHEREAS, Council hereby desires to adopt the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Commercial Point.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF COMMERCIAL POINT, PICKAWAY COUNTY, OHIO:

   Section 1. Council hereby adopts the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Commercial Point.

   Section 2. This Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, peace, safety and general welfare of the citizens of the Village of Commercial Point. Emergency passage is necessary in order to immediately adopt the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Commercial Point. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
