No land or building in the Limited Manufacturing District (LM) shall be used or occupied in any manner in violation of § 1181.03. The cost of any testing necessary, as determined by the municipality, for determining whether a violation of such regulations exists, has occurred, or may occur in the future shall be paid by the violator to Commercial Point.
