Land and buildings in the Low Density Residential District (R-3) shall be used only for the following purposes:
(a) Single-family detached dwellings.
(b) Accessory buildings and uses in association with a permitted dwelling.
(c) Home occupation in accordance with Chapter 1187.
(d) Private kennels.
