§ 1444.35 POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (a)   The village is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by existing Code.
   (b)   Authorize variances in accordance with § 1444.37 of these regulations.
   (c)   Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in The Village Offices located at 10 E. Front Street, Commercial Point, Ohio 43145.
