The Building Inspector of the Village of Commercial Point, Ohio and his or her designates are hereby authorized to enforce the provisions of CABO within the limits of the Village of Commercial Point, to issue permits relative to the provisions of this code, to enforce any penalties for the violation of these provisions, and to otherwise provide for the administration and enforcement of CABO within the village.
