(a) The position of a part-time Village Engineer is hereby established within the village.
(b) A part-time Village Engineer shall be hired for a maximum of 40 hours per month at a compensation rate of thirty dollars ($30.00) per hour plus OPERS and Worker’s Compensation Insurance.
(c) Engineering services will be performed "as needed." The Mayor and/or Village Administrator shall approve all hours prior to the performance of the work. Engineering hours shall not exceed 40 hours per month without approval of Village Council.
