§ 155.07  DETERMINATION; APPLICATION.
   A determination of adequate public facilities for an application shall remain valid until the earlier of:
   (A)   The expiration of the application; or
   (B)    If no expiration period is provided for in the approval of the application, the determination shall expire upon expiration of the preliminary plat application.
