(A) Two-lot, family and special subdivisions. It is recommended that the subdivider meet with the Town Subdivision Administrator in a pre-application conference to informally discuss this chapter and the subdivision of land in the town. It is recommended that a sketch plan of the proposed plat be provided to the Subdivision Administrator for preliminary review.
(B) Minor and major subdivisions. The subdivider is required to meet with the Subdivision Administrator in a pre-application conference to informally discuss this chapter and the minor or major subdivision of land in the town. A sketch plan of the proposed plat shall also be provided to the Subdivision Administrator for preliminary review. Requirements for the sketch plan are in § 153.46 below.
