(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) A person or the chief executive officer of any firm or corporation which shall park or place any mobile home or house trailer within the town, except in the areas hereinabove provided for, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction of violating § 150.02, be fined $50 or imprisoned for a period of not more than 30 days in the county jail, or both in the discretion of the court.
