§ 150.02  PARKING AND LOCATION OF MOBILE HOMES.
   (A)   No person, firm or corporation shall park or place within the town any mobile home or house trailer, except in those areas as may be designated for such purposes under the Zoning Ordinance (Chapter 154) and regulations of the town.
   (B)   Each day which any person or the chief executive officer of any firm or corporation shall allow a house trailer or mobile home to be parked or situated within the town, other than the area provided therefor, as hereinabove set forth, shall be a separate offense, that is to say, that for each and every day this section is violated a separate and distinct misdemeanor has been committed, and the person violating this section shall be fined or imprisoned for each offense as hereinabove provided.
   (C)   This section shall not apply to anyone engaged in the business of manufacturing or selling house trailers or mobile homes, when the house trailers or mobile homes are not in fact occupied, provided, the dealer or manufacturer has complied with all of the ordinances of the town and the laws of the state.
   (D)   This section shall take effect and be enforced immediately upon the passage thereof by the Council members of the town.
