(A) No unauthorized person shall maliciously, or willfully, break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment, which is a part of the sewage works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest under charge of disorderly conduct.
(B) No person shall maliciously or willfully break, damage, destroy, deface, tamper with or remove any equipment or materials used by the town for the purpose of making waste examinations and waste flow measurements, and left upon the premises of a person discharging wastes into the sanitary sewerage system. Only persons authorized by the Director will be allowed to uncover, adjust, maintain and remove the equipment and materials.
