SECTION 20-701.   PENALTY.
Any person who violates any provision of this Chapter, except for the voluntary provisions of Articles V and VI, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, Section 1-109 of this City Code.
