SECTION 18-603.   PENALTY.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, Section 1-109 of this City Code.
