SECTION 16A-204.   VIOLATIONS.
It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use, occupy or maintain any building or structure or cause or permit the same to be done in violation of this code. Violations hereof may be prosecuted as a misdemeanor in accordance with state law and in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, Article I, Section 1-109 of the City Code.
