SECTION 4-801.   GAMBLING PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
No person except an organization licensed by the Minnesota Gambling Control Board pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 349, or an organization permitted under this Chapter, shall conduct lawful gambling within the corporate limits of the City of Columbus.
