Any person, firm or corporation violating or neglecting any provision of these regulations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, Section 1-109 of this City Code. Each day that such violation continues shall constitute a separate offense.
