Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine or by imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, Section 1-109 of this City Code for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
