Any person who shall violate any of the provisions of this Chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as defined in Chapter 7A, Article III, Section 7A-350 and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, Section 1-109 of the Columbus City Code. The application of the above penalty shall not be held to prevent the enforced removal of prohibited conditions.
