Any person found guilty of operating a vehicle or combination of vehicles in violation of adopted road restrictions or maximum weight limitations shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, Section 1-109 of this City Code.
