SECTION 5-1008.   PENALTY.
   Any person who violates any provision of this Article upon conviction hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine or imprisonment in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 1, Section 1-109 of this City Code.
