12.04.130 Review by certiorari.
   A decision of the board of public works and safety may be reviewed by certiorari procedure. A petition for certiorari shall specify the grounds upon which the petition alleges the illegality of the board's action, and must be filed in the circuit or superior court of the county within thirty days after the date of such decision. (Prior code § 27-15)
