12.04.030 Numbering of buildings.
   All buildings shall be numbered according to the geographical grid system established for the city in 1879 by Ordinance No. 230. Such system is founded upon base lines from which number lines designated by hundreds are assigned to generally parallel grid lines. (Prior code § 27-4)
