1167.05 INVALIDITY OF A PART.

If any article, section, subsection, paragraph, sentence or phrase of these regulations is for any reason held to be invalid by a Court of competent jurisdiction, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of these Zoning Regulations.
