§ 98.01 TRESPASSING; CLIMBING.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to climb, jump, step, stand upon, cling to or in any way attach that person’s self to any locomotive engine, car or truck, either stationary or in motion, upon any railroad track in the city, unless in so doing the person shall be acting pursuant to some lawful business requiring that person’s presence there, or in compliance with the rules and regulations or by permission of the railroad company or its lawful agent.
