§ 11.05 FISCAL YEAR.
   The fiscal year of the city and of any public utility of the city commences on October 1 and extends through the following September 30, except as provided in the Municipal Proprietary Function Act, being Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 18-2801 et seq.
