152.01 Adoption of the Columbus Land Development Ordinance: Subdivision Chapter
There is hereby adopted and enacted by the City Council and Mayor as the subdivision code for the City of Columbus, the Columbus Land Development Ordinance: Subdivision Chapter, comprising Articles 1 through 6 inclusive, and containing all the conditions, provisions, limitations and terms of the subdivision chapter, one copy of which has been and is now on file in the office of the City Clerk, and the same, including any subsequent amendments thereto, is hereby incorporated by reference.
