§ 1022.03 SIDE ROAD DRAINAGE.

Council may, upon the recommendation of the Planning Commission and the Municipal Engineer, permit a rolled ditch-type of side road drainage, provided that driveway pipe and a sufficient number of ditch-inlet basins are installed and properly connected to drain the area.
