The Service Director shall determine the cost of any work done or repairs made by him or her or under his or her direction, pursuant to the provisions of this chapter. In the event a permittee disputes the amount charged by the Director for work done or repairs made by the municipality, the municipal governing body shall decide the amount due the municipality.
