§ 1020.19 DEPOSIT AND COST SCHEDULES.
   The Service Director shall establish and maintain a schedule of charges for inspections, labor, materials and such other expenses as may be incurred by the municipality in meeting the requirements of this chapter. In developing the schedule, the Director shall be guided by the prevailing costs in the area for labor, materials and equipment. The Director shall revise the schedule of charges periodically to reflect any increase or decrease in costs used to establish such charges. The schedule of charges shall be open to public inspection in the office of the Director upon demand.
