(a) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
(b) In addition to the penalty set forth in division (a) hereof, whoever violates § 880.09(d) shall be guilty of an offense punishable by immediate dismissal.
