(a) There is established a special fund, pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 5705.09, which Fund shall be titled the Law Enforcement Trust Fund.
(b) The Fund shall be used for the purpose of receiving proceeds or forfeited monies distributed to the municipality.
(c) Monies deposited to the Fund shall be used by the Police Department as provided by a written internal control policy approved by Council and as provided by Ohio R.C. 2933.43.
