§ 868.17 TRANSFER OF SEXUALLY ORIENTED BUSINESS LICENSE.

Sexually oriented business licenses are not transferable. A sexually oriented business license shall not operate a sexually oriented business at any place other than the address designated in the sexually oriented business license.
