(a) Every application for a sexually oriented business license whether for a new license or for renewal of an existing license, shall be accompanied by a fifty dollar ($50.00) nonrefundable application and investigation fee.
(b) In addition to the application and investigation fee required above, every sexually oriented business that is granted a sexually oriented business license, new or renewal, shall pay the municipality an annual non-refundable license fee of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) within 30 days of issuance or renewal of the license.
(c) All fees for sexually oriented business licenses shall be submitted to the Chief of Police.
