§ 254.01 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.
   (a)   There is hereby established, pursuant to § 8.04 of the Charter, the position of Director of Finance in the Department of Finance.
   (b)   The Manager shall appoint the Director of Finance who shall serve at the pleasure of the Manager.
   (c)   The Director of Finance shall perform such duties as the Manager shall designate and as per § 8.05 of the Charter.
