By application for a permit hereunder, the applicant agrees as follows:
(a) The Chief of Police or the representative designated by him or her shall be permitted at reasonable times to enter upon the premises of the applicant to inspect the alarm equipment. Such officers shall be permitted entrance to the applicant’s premises at any time to investigate alarm signals conveyed to the municipality.
(b) The rules and regulations hereunder and the applicable charges shall be observed and complied with by the applicant.
(c) If the municipality is subject to any claim for loss, damage or expense arising from or related to the provision of alarm service to an applicant, such applicant shall indemnify and hold the municipality harmless therefrom.
