The Council for the City of Columbiana, Ohio do and hereby formally adopt the Columbiana County 9-1-1 Final Plan dated September 27, 2005 and that the Columbiana County Board of Commissioners, the 9-1-1 Planning Committee, and the 9-1-1 Technical Advisory Committee determine to proceed to implement this Plan.
