§ 446.10 OPERATION BY MINORS ON PUBLIC PROPERTY.

   No parent or guardian of a minor under eighteen years of age shall allow or permit such minor to operate any unlicensed snowmobile upon any sidewalk, street, alley, road or highway within the municipality or within Firestone Park.

§ 446.11 OPERATION BY MINORS ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.

   No person shall operate, and no parent or guardian of a minor under 18 years of age shall allow or permit such minor to operate, any unlicensed snowmobile upon any private property within the municipality without the express consent of the owner of such private property.
