(a) Solar energy systems shall be permitted in all [zoning] districts.
(b) No solar energy system shall be erected, constructed, installed, or modified, except as permitted and specified within this Chapter 1299.
(c) Applicants shall ensure that any necessary compliance with any applicable HOA has been obtained prior to submission of an application under this chapter.
(d) A fee of $100 shall be due and payable to the Zoning Inspector at the time of application.
