(a) Prior to the issuance of a mobile food vending license, every unit must be inspected as provided for in Ohio R.C. Chapter 3717, and a health license from either the Columbiana County or Mahoning County Health Department shall be submitted.
(b) Nothing in this section shall limit periodic inspections by the City of Columbiana at the discretion of the City Manager or his or her designee.
