§ 1494.09 RESPONSIBILITY OF OPERATORS FOR MAINTENANCE AND SUPPLIES.

The operator of every rooming house or dormitory shall be responsible for the maintenance of the structure and for the supply of furnishings in a sanitary and acceptable condition.
