§ 1482.05 SERVICE OF NOTICE.

If the owner or agent cannot be found, after a diligent search within Columbiana County, then notice may be sent by registered mail to the last known address of the owner or agent and a copy of such notice shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the structure or premises. Such mailing and posting shall be deemed legal service of notice.
