§ 1482.02 RECORDS.
   Every owner or person in charge of a multiple dwelling, rooming house or dormitory shall have records kept of all requests for repairs and complaints by tenants that are related to the provisions of this Housing Code or the Building Code and a corresponding record of all corrections made in response to such requests and complaints. Such records shall be made available to the Housing Inspector for inspection upon demand. Such records shall be admissible in any administrative or judicial proceeding pursuant to the provisions of this Code as prima-facie evidence of the violation or correction of a violation of this Code or of the applicable rules and regulations made pursuant thereto.
